Instagram user criticizes Banky W over wedding anniversary message

Like the popular Nigerian saying goes; you cannot please everyone unless you're jollof rice. This simply means that no matter what a celebrity does; be it to please everyone or for their own sake, there will always be disgruntled people. 

Earlier on, Globalsshows.blogspot reported thee news of how singer/actor turned politician Banky W and Nollywood actress, Adesua Etomi-Wellington took to social media to celebrate their first traditional wedding anniversary. 

The sweet words and blessings they showered on each other was so beautiful, it got many people wishing for a love like theirs. However, not everyone was moved by this. As a matter of fact, some found this to be 'too much'. 

In a since deleted comment, an Instagram user wrote in the comment section of Banky W's post: "Well said but isn’t the praises on social media beginning to get too much thereby making it look boring? Stop trying to show d world u have a perfect marriage instead focus on how to keep making d marriage better in real life. 

And please hope u shower all this love and proclamations on her offline just d way u say it online. I know some mumu will say i am a hater but its d truth. Most of d marriages i have seen last don't indulge in all this over praises on social media. My people say if your yam is very white, u cover and eat it privately b4 people of d world bring in bad luck to your marriage.wish u All d best though.”
